I find it funny that after a story like that you say "he's a sweet guy". Obviously he's not. You can't be sure you aren't only one of his ****s, in fact it's very likely that you are... If you feel like doing it, just do it. But if a sweet guy is what you really want, then dump him and find someone who's actually sweet.

First thing, good for you that you dont give in to him. Next, how do you know he has had sex with 10 girls??, His word for it??, he could be lying, then again, maybe not. I think you already know the answer to your question and you just need to hear it from someone else. Yes you should be VERY concerned, and run girl run. He is obviously a player.
