Is this normal for 5wks4d...2nd pregnancy?

i am 5wks4d pregnant with my 2nd baby...i dont see the ob till sept 23rd...but i can already feel the top of my uterus right above my pubic bone...could it be possible there is twins and thats why my uterus is bigger or is it just b.c i had a baby 10 months ago and its just getting bigger faster than the first time?? i didnt feel my uterus until almost 11wks with my first...im 3 days away from 6 weeks now...i just find it kind of odd

Even with twins, this early, it wouldn't make a difference as to where your uterus is. If you are positive its your uterus, it could just be because its your 2nd pregnancy and your 1st one wasn't long ago.

Not possible! At this point the embryo is the size of pen dot! (Whether it was twins or not.) You're just bloated which is normal
