Is it possible to get a refund from amazon if the price drops after ordering?

I tried asking this question on amazon ask ville, but no one responded yet, amazon customer support will probably take at least 3 days to respond so in the mean time I though I would ask here.
Yesterday I ordered an item from Amazon, the price at the time was $24.99. The item was sold by amazon and not a 3rd party seller. A short time after completing the purchase, the price dropped to $19.99. As of now the item has not shipped, I don't like the idea of trying to cancel and re order because there's no guarantee that the order will cancel since it's already processing.
Essentially what I am trying to find out is, can I be reimbursed or credited in some way the difference in the price, because it changed almost immediately after the order was completed.

No.

Only some stores offer the whole price drop guarantee thing (where if the price drops within 1 week of buying an item, you can get reimbursed the difference)

Amazon has no such policy because their prices are always set to change differently.
