Microsoft Excel (Mac 2011) Just wondering an easy way to set up auto-subtract or auto-add....?

I need to set it up so that it automatically calculates the sum of two numbers on the same line.
I've seen it done before. I've been looking online and there are tons of tutorials but nothing showing how to auto-calculate the sum of 2 numbers on the same line
