Is this the GOP you've come to know and love?

Barack Obama spitefully *chose* to make WWII Memorial inaccessible to veterans , and it isn`t even under Government control , nor is it staffed by any government employees !

Every time I look at the WWII Memorial story, it gets worse.

It’s bad that the Obama administration closed down national monuments and museums, because it thinks that attacking DC tourism will give the Democratic party leverage over the Republican party.

It’s bad that the Obama administration tried to keep WWII veterans away from the monument that honors them. It failed, of course, but they shouldn’t have tried.

It’s bad that the Obama administration ""deliberately – deliberately "" – targeted the WWII monument for special restrictions after a veterans’ group made the mistake of thinking that Barack Obama is a reasonable man who runs a reasonable executive branch, and thus would treat that group’s request for assistance with the respect that it deserved.

But this is the nasty part. This is the part where the spite of Obama comes into play. It`s not a "Government Funded" Memorial !!
******** In other words: the WWII Memorial does not have a permanent security presence, which means that there is actually no valid, ethical reason why the Obama administration could presume to shut it down for the public. Not that the administration actually needs one. So they proactively locked down a previously-open national monument, and then presumed to tell the men whose sacrifice it honored that those men were not welcome at that place.*********
Never forget this moment. This is how Barack Obama acts, when challenged or resisted. He acts ugly, and mean-spirited, and shabby.

We have come to expect this from the democrats ~ WWII Memorial Barricade Wired Shut
10:22 AM, Oct 4, 2013 • On Tuesday morning, seven National Park Service employees were seen erecting and tending to a barricade around the World War II memorial in Washington, D.C. One NPS employee was operating a forklift. There usually aren't any NPS employees working at the World War II memorial.

A couple hours later, when an Honor Flight of World War II veterans arrived, accompanied by Democratic and Republican members of Congress, the fences blocking the memorial were easily moved away, allowing the veterans to enter.

But the barriers are still at the memorial, and they've been reinforced. This morning, I walked by the memorial and noticed that wires had been used to tie the fences together:

The old GOP is Not what I loved. Change is Essential and the Tea Party Patriots are leading the way. They are the ONLY Representatives in Washingto DC that were elected by the Citizens and citizens are who they represent.
All others got their spots on the November ballots because they were supported by Party Heirarchies of Both Parties and they are the Reason why we have gravitated toward this mess. They represent only their Puppet Masters who used their domination of the media to brainwash the ignorant into supporting those heirarchies.
Fortunately many citizens saw this crisis coming and that is Why we have the Tea Party. They will Save America. If they fail, America will keep on this downward spiral. Our grandchildren will wonder why we failed them and why they are slaves to Elitist Tyrants.

As an independent I used to vote for both Republicans and Democrats. But not since the takeover.

Lmao, did he really say that?

Well I guess it's to be expected. Considering what the GOP is become today.
