Charter schools in Redding CA?

I`m looking for a charter school or home school in Redding CA that is not too strict where they don`t allow any missing assignments or only 1 or that you can`t miss more than 3 days of classes in a semester. Please help.

I`m not very artistic and don`t want to take way more than I would at say a regular High school like doing 3 years of P.E. instead of 2 or 3 years of science instead of only 2
