Which RB should i start in fantasy football Roy Helu or Steven Jackson?

Jackson. Helu isn't going to get another 3tds. I'm a Redskins fan so i follow them very closely and while i think Helu will get his share of carries i don't see him getting that many TDs and he doesn't get a lot of yards.

Also the Skins are playing the Broncos which means they will have to throw it a lot once they are down. That could be good for Helu because he is a better receiver than Morris but I just don't see him putting up big numbers....Show more

Jackson. He's back as the primary back for the Falcons. Helu is a backup to Morris and won't get as many touches....Show more
