What technical training has Kathleen Sebelius had in Website Management?

I'm curious as to what specific knowledge about Website technologies that Kathleen Sebelius has. Is she privy to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Flash, and/or database technologies? Is she knowledgeable enough about any of these technologies (1) to bear the blame for the glitches from which healthcare.gov suffers and/or (2) to assist in the repair of those glitches?

I've been looking for such information via Google, but so far all I've found is political and social commentary (except for her bio on wikipedia.org, which seems to have no information about her technical education).

I think it's safe to assume, she did NOT have the GEEK SQUAD on speed-dial.

She's a witless bureaucrat who thinks all department heads below her should of had her back and she don't care about the citizens, she only cares about her pockets being lined with money!

I'd say she just like Hilary Clinton who gets protected from being fired as Secretary of state cause she wasn't taking responsibility for the Benghazi ordeal hides & bails then hints of running for President, tell me this can't be true.  I'm NOT a Republican either.

I say enough already, of the Thieves & Bunglers in both Capitalism & Govt they should NOT be rewarded or promoted for bad work or products, but rather eliminated as a problem.

So she has a masters in public administration?  And none of that education covered delegating responsibility to people who actually know the subject in question?

So basically she's not even competent in the area she actually has training for?

550 billion to give to Obama's and her friends, who will filter 5 million back to them. All the knowledge and training she need and PS she is going to get them another 600 billion. which  will 6 million back to her and Obama and you can not stop it.
