if you mean make a CD that will play on a standard CD player you need to use software to burn it and click on the button for "burn to a music CD". Even the normal windows media player that comes with your PC can do this.

Why do you need to change format. Mp3 files can be burnt to disc. If you are trying to play on very old CD player without mp3 then the format has to be changed to .wav. you can do that using software or online on websites like zamzar.com
