From your question it is unclear as to what you're actually asking for.

If you are looking for a position/note chart, here is a link with enharmonic flats/sharps (e.g. A sharp & B flat) and naturals, ranging from the E two octaves below the bass clef to the B flat 2 octaves above the bass clef.

If you are looking to figure out how to flatten or sharpen a note from the natural, in general, one position lower would be the flat of that note, and one position higher would be the sharp of that note. So take the D in the middle of the bass clef. That's played in position 4, so D sharp would be in position 3, and D flat in position 5.

If I've not answered what you actually wanted to know, just drop me an email and I'll try my best to answer it.

There are 7 positions on the trombone. The trombone should always be tuned in 1st position. Use the chart, it is your best guide.
