I can't open my mailbox?

I haven't been able to view my emails for a while now. I entered a support ticket but it's been a week and Yahoo hasn't sent anything to my alternative email yet. Here's the exact error message:

"We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

Temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed"

Also, this happens to me no matter what computer I'm on. Did anyone manage to solve this problem once?

This error is on Yahoo's side and only Yahoo can fix it. Usually Yahoo engineers have this error corrected in 4 - 7 days. Since you already contacted customer care there should be no reason to contact them again.
