What do you think my chances of getting in Rutgers NB are?

I have a 1750 SAT score. 
630 CR
560 Math
560 Writing
I'm taking the SAT again, so my scores should go up.  I have a 4.0 GPA and am in the top 12% of my high school class.  I am active in three clubs.  I have only taken 1 honors course in Spanish, which I'm now regretting because I wish I had taken more honors courses.  I want to be accepted into the nursing program and I live in New Jersey.  Please, tell me the honest truth.

I found a chart that shows the SAT scores of the middle 50% here: http://admissions.rutgers.edu/Academics/AdmissionsProfile.aspx

But it doesn't break down the programs at NB into one that's specifically nursing. Maybe it's a part of Biological Sciences? If so, you're near the low end of the middle half. Your GPA is excellent, and your class rank is good as well. So if your SAT score comes up significantly, I'd say you have a decent shot at it.
