I was watching an American series called Lockup on tv. Lockup is mostly about American prisons, but they also have shown international prisons including the Polish prison system. They showed how this lovable little cocker spaniel went into a room to sniff out drugs. In America german shepherds would be used for this job.

It's not that just cocker spaniels are used for the job. He must have been a trained dog which simply happens to be a cocker spaniel.
