Is it healthy to pass stools everyday?

For the last few months I've only been having a stool movement 2-3 times a week but since this Monday Its changed I've been everyday so far and my diet has changed ive started to eat more fruit/veg and less chocolate/crisps.
Is it healthy for this to happen?

It's more healthy to do so every day. Ideally, around the same time each day because it means your digestion is well regulated. I recommend you keep eating the fruits and veggies. Youll feel a lot better overall that way

Yes it is healthy to go every day. The diet change is the cause for it.
