Well James Piersall, no one can tell you how to set your laptop for the best sound for your listening pleasure. Everyone has their own preferences and therefore they are the only one to make the choice. What I can recommend is that you try each setting for a day or two and judge for yourself as to which sounds best and if necessary repeat the process again until you feel that one of the choices is your preferred listening choice.
