Back workouts anyone!!!??

I have been trying to strengthen my lower back recently, the only problem is that I was in a car accident about a little over a year ago and after I felt better I became very lazy when it came to working out. When I finally got back into it I felt fine, but one day when I finished I sat down on my bed and I bend over to pick up something I just felt a sharp pain when I lifted up and I couldn't stand up I just threw myself back and laid on my bed. I tried to tell myself it was over but when I tried to stand I couldn't bear the pain and just fell back. I went to a chiropractor the next day he told me I pinched a nerve and that's that I instantly felt relieved and I could walk, he told me to strengthen my back slowly everyday for like a long time. That day I hurt myself I wasn't lifting anything which is what scares me the most because I am only 19 and back problems at this age is f-ucking terrifying!
I Prefer workouts that I can do with just body weight, but would like some light weight workouts that I can build on with time also. I have been working out for a month now definitely feel confident to lift but not enough to lift heavy.

Thanks for reading.....
