On the Boeing 777, is it true....?

...that the engine pods are as big around as the fuselage of a 737?

The correct terminology is "nacelle" and the answer is ALMOST. The fuselage of a 737 is approx 12' wide by 13' high. The nacelle of a GE-90 on a 777 is about 10' in diameter.
