Can I send a letter to a specific restaurant?

I know this is kind of a strange question. I'm want to surprise a friend with a telegram with a poem at Subway, where she works, for Valentine's Day. Could I possibly do that? She's too far away for me to visit and I really don't want her to be alone, so to speak, on the 14th.

Could I mail it to the address of where she works and would she get it?

you might want to be careful with that
I know a lot of companies don't like when their employees get personal things like that at work
