Recommendations for a good air compressor?
I am looking to get an electric air compressor to use primarily with a blowgun for cleaning dust out of small appliances. I would like the compressor to be small enough to carry on stairs, quiet (desirable, but its not a deal breaker if its loud), have a good longevity (I run a computer repair business and clean out computers regularly), variable max PSI (again, not a deal-breaker but would really like to have, would prefer to be able to turn down the power on something like a computer, but have more power for something like a box fan motor), prefer it to fill up quickly and have a fast recovery time; but can do without that feature, and lastly I would like to be able to spray the air for at least 15-20 seconds before the compressor needs to start again to refill the tank (very important). I would like to keep it under 250 dollars including all the assecories, however I'm not going to be very sharp on the budget as this is something I will use regularly and I want it to be reliable and last.
So far I have found this compressor (listed below) which I think would be good. Please tell me if the compressor would work well to uit my needs and the assecories I listed with it will do what I want, or if you have a better suggestion of another model to get. It does NOT need to be powerful enough to run any sort of air tools, I only intent to use it for blowing.

(I want a long hose so I can plug in the compressor inside my house then do the actual dusting outside. Does the hose length matter as far as compressor performance goes?)
I would like to get a quick-disconnect attatchments for both ends of the hose, I'm not sure exactly what those are called, but if anyone has any recommendations on those or at least what they're called, that would be helpful as well.
