any recommendations for a cheap air compressor and airbrush for cosmetic application? NO dinair, temptu, luminess kits! I'm on a budget and assembling my own airbrush kit. thanks

If this air compressor can supply an air pressure for your airbrush from 10 - 50 psi, then it will be adequate for what you need. Assuming it has no tank reservoir, do have a long hose so that the air will not be pulsing as it goes through your airbrush. I hope "shadow brush" means shading the colour of the model to exaggerate the appearance and if that is the case, this set up will be adequate for your shadow brush method. This is because you will be spraying minute amounts of paint over a small area of model and not tax the pump by running it excessively
