Did Jesus have bodily functions?

Are there Jesus poop relics, or Jesus sweat relics, or Jesus pee relics? Would they not smell?

I don't think there's any sort of relic, but Jesus was fully human and fully God.
So, we do know that he ate. I'm sure that his "fully human" part included digestion and other excretory systems also.
