DODGE NEON 2003 SE IGNITION CYL DAMAGE QUESTION?

Someone attempted to steal my car the key ignition lock cylinder was on the floor i put the cylinder back in wiggled it a little bit before putting my key in to see if anything happened...

When i put the key in the car turned on and then shut right back off seconds before it killed the battery.

What all needs replaced?
