As someone has already said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. She has unique facial features, and generally her features are considered appealing in our society:
Hourglass figure, full lips, small/short nose, wide set twinkling eyes, heart shaped face, glowing skin, flowing fair hair, crooked smile. She just has a pleasant look to her. And very feminine look too. She may not be your culpa tea, but she definitely is other's.
