Should I give this older guy a chance?

I am in my late 30s. He's in his late 50s. Met online but not in person yet. In his profile he mentions his need for sex twice, and says he is looking for a long term, short term or casual sex relationship. I am definitely not looking for casual sex. He is tall, nice looking, otherwise charming and seems intelligent and successful in life. His first message to me was that he wants to be my boyfriend. I took that as a just a pick up line. I blew him off, but he emailed me again saying he still wants to be my boyfriend. He is a different race and I do not want to be some goal to check off on his bucket list. What say you all?

Your friggin nuts, nuts I tell you! How do you know that's even his picture. He could be twenty eight and a homicidal maniac that likes to strangle desperate woman who can't approach a man and chat in public. They would rather sit behind a computer a fantasize about a picture and an email. Stay home and get off online dateing. Your gonna end up on the missing persons list. Has anyone seen Kelly Kemp last seen at The parking lot of Tim Hortons wrestling with a tattooed one eyed bald man. Her purse was found with an email and a picture of a tall 50 something ish man saying want you to be mine. The person in the picture has been identified as Parson Brown and he stated the picture is posted on the churches billboard.
