When you are miscarrying, you usually bleed. It's like a super heavy period. You could have cramping that's similar to period cramps. You would most likely know you're having a miscarriage. You just feel like there's something wrong and there usually is.
If you fear you're having a miscarriage, you need to get to the hospital.
