My vertical leap is plateuing help me?

so i'm 24 years old 6'0 feet 187lbs

I have done plyometric training when i was on my teen years but i stopped (iwas able to grab the ring with both hands)

now i'm 24 i'm doing a lot of squats i lost some explosiveness ,but i can grab the ring with a ball but inot getting any gains what should i do???

Do some deadlifts and some exercises for your quads also your upper body as well , keep trying to dunk , eventually you'll get it . Good luck !
