reopened form i-485?!! please help!?

I received this email today after my interview.
Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity


On April 21, 2014, we mailed you a notice informing you that your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, was reopened.
What does this mean? I was never denied that I know of. Please help!
