My intuition tells me that she does. She even told me she has no one else in her life. And that she likes me as a friend. I think there is more to it than that though, I just feel it.

Um, sometimes yeah. It really depends on how your relationship ended.An ex can be a friend if it was unanimous to break up and there isn't sour grapes or open wounds. So, with that said, an ex s just a person like any and everyone else, but it could be just you feeling romantic vibes and reading her intentions wrong. I suggest you befriend her again,say nothing of what you speculate, and see where it goes. Good luck
