The girl made him say it. She set him up. She kept bringing it up and once he did, she shut up and said if there was anything she could do to make it better. She could have said that earlier. Notice how she didn't mention skin color after he said what she wanted him to say.
Yes it was racist what he said, but really, A LOT of non black people also do when no blacks are around.

As hurtful as the comments were, we cannot really judge him. The man is nearly 80 years of age. In his era, people thought differently than they do now. People back then were convinced that this stuff was right and was okay. Now things have changed. It's not right saying this sort of stuff and many of us grew up to know that it's wrong to say those things (I sure hope so). I hope he has learned a lesson. How does he have a girlfriend when he is married? Is he separated from his wife?

hes friggen 81 yrs old..he was raised differently then the way people are raised today..same with clive bundy...hes like 70 something..those old folks just think different...he now is going to be forced to sell his team and in the process make even more millions
