my car won't start. emission light is on?

I own 2006 acura tsx and I only have 65000 miles on it and never had any accident. Today, I went to gym to work out and as I got out of gym, it suddenly didn't start. I tried to jump start with jump cable but it still didn't work. It just makes clicking noise and I get emission light on.

What's going on with this car? I had oil changed and maintenance check up from acura dealer last month and they didn't say any issues on it either. It's still parked at gym parking lot as of now. Do I have to call insurance company to take care of this or should I call dealer first?

yes, i did jump correctly and leave the working car more than 15 mins.
radio and lights works, just it won't start.

did u jump the car correctly? put the jumpers on both cars correctly, leave the working car running for like a minute, and then try to start. radio, lights etc work?

could be the starter. about a 250 dollar fix

If you had changed the oil and it is well maintained then you should once consult with the dealer.
