Theres a puerto rican area in Orlando, FL. and everything looks like crap. Everything has spray paint on it and the whole area is filthy.
It seems like all minority groups go out of their way to ruin their own neighborhoods.
Most never cut their grass or take any sort of care of their property... it's sad.

I live in orlando florida and its not illegal to spray paint murals its legal if you get a permit. Also about the grass and such, well there is something called association HOA that people pay a monthly fee to maintain the common grounds neat and the houses are the owners or tenants responsibility if not done they get fined. If there is no hoa which minorities cant afford then its not lawfully wrong. I suggest you move to a upper class neighborhood that its expensive less minorities and hoa regulations...if you can afford it, if not well life is still good.
