I think you have washed your hands a lot lately haha :) Well, this isn't going to be a problem if you follow some steps for your hands to be hydrated.

First of all, you should mosturize them before going to sleep, so at night they can still be hydrated. When you wake up, you should do the same, and again when you wash your hands with soap and stuff, because washing them is taking the natural oils of your hands out, and you don't want that to happen. But wait, don't stop washing them. Do it, but don't forget to always have at least a cream in your purse or bag.

For the brands I recommend L'Occitane. It's probably the best. It actually isn't cheap, so maybe you can't afford it. Other brand I highly recommend should be The Body Shop. It has tons of lotions and creams that are very good. Even thought these two are very good, the best of all skin care shops (in my opinion) is Kiehl's. The products are super natural and super hydrating, and they let you try them if you want to. So I think you should try it. It isn't even that expensive, and it's totally worth it.
