I'm 14 and paranoid, depression and anxiety rule my life. I have 5-10 anxiety attacks per day. But at school it's in the higher range. I'm always bullied because of my panic attacks. I was wondering how to help stop them. Like meds and other stuff like "deep breathing"(which doesn't work).
Please help. I'm usually a straight a student but since the onset of these anxiety attacks I have all c's. Please help. I'm desperate.

I have severe anxiety and I missed 30 days of school because of my panic attacks.. Tell your parents & go see a psychiatrist, they'll give you medicine, it was the best decision of my life
Ask your parent/guardian to see a psychiatrist about these issues you've been having. Also, look into natural supplements to boost the effects of your medication.
Check out the linden method on youtube That guy has been through it all and has found a way to fix it hear it out.. Also get a doctor and spiritual teacher this is no simple thing most people will not understand you and they give shitty advice.
I can understand exactly what you're going through. For most of my life I've struggled with panic attacks and agoraphobia.
You're going to be fine and you will get through this. You need to tell your parents what you're feeling and what's been happening. No one should ever be bullied at school.
You're not weak or any less of a person because you're struggling with panic attacks. Lots of people struggle with them. The recommended solution is a combination of medications and psychotherapy (talk therapy). Your family doctor can prescribe the medications. Then you need to see a good psychologist who will teach you coping skills like I listed above. He or she will help you in other ways
I've been on almost every possible anti-anxiety medication there is. I'm now taking pristiq which is one of the newer ones. I found the meds I was prescribed worked to some degree but they never got to the core of the reason I was having panic attacks.
What's made a huge difference in my life is that I'm now seeing a great psychologist. I'm learning that it's my way of thinking and how I respond to those thoughts that are causing the high anxiety and the panic attacks. An example of this is something called 'brain tricks.' Below are three that those with panic attacks struggle with. 1. Danger! 2. What if... 3. "Just so" feeling
1. The danger message is wrong. It causes our body to react by sounding the alarm and that causes us to feel panic when there's no real danger at all. Deal with any of these thoughts by continuing to remind yourself that there's no emergency. It works.
2. What if thoughts are just noise. Expect them & dismiss them as noise. When you're going to school and you start to have annoying thoughts like, What if something happens? or What if I get anxious? or What if I can't leave? just remind yourself they're just noise and of no value. Quickly dismissing them means they won't have any effect on you.
3. This is when you think, 'I should be feeling relaxed.' Expect to feel some anxiety while going to school and being in school. This works because you're not fighting the normal level of anxiety anyone feels when going to a school.
When you're feeling anxious you need to change your breathing. An anxious person breathes in a shallow way and only uses the top part of their lungs. The trick is to breathe more deeply in to your lower lungs. This works because it relaxes you and panic can't exist in a relaxed body. This makes a huge difference.
Tell yourself, 'I'm staying.' This works because you're telling your mind to stop trying to make you leave. Remind yourself again that there's no emergency. This will stop your body from over-reacting and trying to help you out of what it believe (incorrectly) is an emergency situation. Remember to remind yourself that it doesn't last. It never does.
I'm reading an excellent book. It's called "Don't Panic third edition - Taking Control of Panic Attacks" by Reid Wilson. It's the best book there is on the topic. I suggest you buy it.
There are other medications you can take that will help to lower your anxiety for specific situations. Ativan (lorazepam) will help you till you're able to develop the coping skills I've described above.
