Justice doesn't exist. It's a utopian idea of of a true fairness used to support a society's general consensus on morality and the laws that arise out of said morality. Completely subjective and differing dependent on perspective.
Take the tv show dexter, based on a serial killer of serial killers. From his perspective, he is doing society a great service by ridding the streets of murderers. Though from another perspective, he himself is taking the lives of others who perhaps could have been treated or imprisoned to spare them of death. The question then becomes 'when is killing just/unjust?' Or 'is killing ever just?'. We arrive at issues such as the death penalty, what the worth of a life is over another (the trolley problem), and ultimately who's own judgement is of the greates level of objectivity to make such a judgement.
The answer? None. It is simply all subjective and there is no objective justice. Justice instead is what a majority of either power or people decide is 'right'

As per WIKIPEDIA, Justice is a concept of moral rightness based on ethics, rationality, law, natural law, religion, equity and fairness. But since parameters of this definition (ethics, rationality, etc.) are subjective, so is definition of justice as well.
Social justice can be achieved only when people agree to relate to each other as members of one family because only then any decision made easily accepted by all.

Below thoughts are from article of sage of our time Michael Laitman:

“Social justice is when everyone agrees that under the circumstances, this is the only optimal solution…”
“Social justice is not measured by the amount of money received. It is measured by the conviction that we are one family, but due to not having any other choice right now, we share the resources in this way…”
“Justice can be reached only by mutual consent and mutual guarantee…”
“We should think about everyone in the same way, like in a family where there are old and young, sick and healthy. Thus, we discuss how to support each member at this moment. This is justice…..”

Justice is merely a word that exemplifies our deepest decent feelings that the truth in all things becomes so evident as to dictate our judgement in all matters. Sadly this so far from the reality.

Justice is necessary as long as people break the law, you do the crime you suffer the consequences, simple as that

cause and effect in a social level
