my puppy ate a whole chew stick in an hour?

i have a 47 day old GSD and i gave him a dent stick to chew on for the first time.. after an hour the stick disappeared. im sure he ate it. is it normal to eat a whole stick in an hour like that? the stick is about 4 inches in length and half an inch in diameter.

this is the pic of dentastix

You should monitor your puppy with chew sticks, especially at his age, but an hour for a 4" stick is nothing.
I have 2 dogs that can eat a 12" Bully Stick in about 5-10 minutes and one dog is missing a molar.

it's the green coloured, "for puppies" denta-stick right? i dont think it's anything to worry about. if youre worried, the dog is too oung for the denta-stick, the whole thing for just one sitting, wait for his poo time, if everything is normal, then we are right, nothing to worry. if yo notice liquid poo though, ask your vet's advise.

Perfectly normal, no need to worry.
