Did the Yahoo people used to work for the government? There is no other reason how to explain why supposed improvements make the mail system LESS easy to use, LESS intuitive and MORE irritating.

Can anyone tell me how I get the bold, underline, emoticons, font size, color, etc., options back on my "new" mail? It is extremely disturbing that there is NO WAY to contact Yahoo directly. I am just about to give it up to another provider (other than AT&T) all because of the email issues.
