I have looked all over the web and can't seem to find anything. They keep giving me stuff like temperature difference. Considering I don't know the temperature of one side I don't know the other. Basically, I would like the average temperatures of a TEC on the hot and cool side on full voltage.

people who've made cpu coolers with commercially available peltier units generally report the cold side gets down around 0 C, more or less, depending on the unit. Cold enough so that condensation definitely becomes a concern anyway.

Think about it - one side is exposed to air, perhaps through a heat sink and the other side is pressed up against some object and heat energy is moved electronically from one side to the other and you - not knowing either of the temperatures - want the manufacturers, who don't know them either and are NOT selling a thermostatically controlled device, to tell you what the temperature is.
This is a bit like "if I blow in the end of a U shaped plastic tube with water in it, I can raise the water level one foot one side to the other - how far off the floor is the water level."

The temperature difference of a thermocouple depends on the voltage input in a linear relationship.

tested a 2in x 2 in one, one side gets icy cold and the other gets way way hot. heating is its strong suit
