Should we bring back the literacy tests to vote?

It's bad enough that we have so many illegals voting, but why should we also have to deal with illiterate people voting? The so-called "Voting Rights" Act struck down these laws, so are racist liberals suggesting that blacks are too stupid to learn how to read in addition to getting voter IDs?

No? The ability to read is not conducive to knowledge of politics or issues. Americans have the right to vote. Every single one. Messing with that violates the Constitution
