My wife hates the fact that I sleep nude and said I can continue if I can give her legitimate reasons why being nude is better then clothes.. her argument is that we will have to wash sheets more often.

Google "reasons to be naked", then pick and choose. The two links below should get you started. To her argument, shower before you go to bed. Either way, you'll need to wash whatever you wear, are in, or are on, just as often either way. So why not be as comfortable as you can be while you're at it?
