Suzuki Motorcycle Transmission Trouble?

I have a 2006 Suzuki 250 Four stroke motorcycle that runs great. But The transmission has a problem where it can't shift directly from first to second gears- I end up in neutral. All dirt bikes have a sensitive neutral so you can go from first to second in one flick.
Anyone else experience this problem or have the information I need?

The only information you need is the name, address and phone number of a qualified motorcycle technician. This is a nine year old Suzuki. Do not guess nor accept guesses. This is how people make a simple problem a more complex and more expensive to repair.

Transmission repair is necessary.
Happens to all bikes.
