Natural herbs that can help with severe anxiety and depression?

Ive been suffering from anxiety and depression for many years, but i don't feel comfortable with taking medication for it. Ive tried smoking weed, but most of the time, it makes my anxiety worse. Im just tired of having to live with it, because its holding me back, and i hardly leave my home anymore.

Try eating a clean diet without processed foods and no sugar or caffeine. I have an anxiety disorder and I actually pick at my face and I noticed a lot when I would drink caffeine that my anxiety and face picking would get 10x worse. And yea, unless you have a disorder like PTSD marijuana is not the drug for anxiety, and will make it much worse. I also suggest trying a yoga or meditation class.
