Men always stare at me like I'm a piece of meat. How can I stop this?

Whenever I'm in a shop or walking down the street or whatever, so many men stare at me in a pervy way. Sometimes they give me a pervy grin. It's disgusting. Not boys my age, but older men. Once I tried to count how many looked at me on the way home from school and there were at least 20 instances.
I don't dress provocatively - I'm in my school uniform (pants, blouse, cardigan).

Does this happen to you fellow ladies? 
How can I stop this? I just want them to not look. But I don't want to leave the house looking like a mess with my hair undone and everything. I want them to fear me. How to look less vulnerable?

School uniforms turn some men on. There are even porn sites devoted to girls in school uniforms. To look less vulnerable you walk in a confident way looking straight ahead as if you are on a mission. Do no look down and appear meek.

Why are so many women picky and creeped out by guys checking them out?  And I'm talking even older guys, if an older woman kept eyeing me head to toes I would feel flattered and take it as a compliment.  Same as whistling at women if a guy whistles the woman takes it as a insult or a dirty tactic instead of just being like hey he thinks I'm hot lol.  My best answer to you is not what you wanna hear.  Who cares is my answer.

Yes unfortunately there are a lot of creepy perverts out there ..the only thing you can do is try your best to avoid eye contact

ok soooo, i know how u feel, im 14 and i get looks all the time, ok so just a smartass comment....u ARE A PIECE OF MEAT...just saying, GLARE at them give them a death look, they will look away...it worked for me i hope i helps a bit

You can't really. If your showcasing your goodies your making it worse, if your not then take it as flattery that they find you beautiful.
