Why do I not receive emails from certain contacts nor get those emails to spam folder?

The past few days ago I started to receive a lot of spam messages in my inbox (not the spam window). Everything would be OK, but it turns out that I do not receive any emails from the clients I used to get at least an email or so a day. (Tested, no emails, and spam just keeps on coming)
This nonsense almost cost my my best client...
I hope someone will tell a solution to or its bye bye yahoo....

Nope... 0 blocked contacts, no unusual settings :/

check your filters to see if mail is going to trash, check if any pop settings are set, if so remove them
