Are you using a computer or something else?

If a computer use a different browser.

Most people have more than one email provider. Try a different provider. I can switch between AIM, Hotmail and Yahoo from my Firefox browser.

Use a computer in the library. If different browsers and a different computer doesn't work and using a different email name doesn't work - are you entering the address correctly? Is this an address you have used before?

Do other email addresses work or not? In other words is it only one address not working or everything? (I have the same name on three different email providers. When one has a problem I can send from the other email providers.)...Show more
