You never want to kill or hurt anybody if there's any alternative.
If you do end up hurting somebody, the first thing the cops will ask you is about whether you could have just run away............. so run away if you can.

Depends on how strong you are. If you're a mother protecting your young kids and you can't defend yourself, it's best to run away. Or if you're a guy you might have to cower like a little b*tch if it were a group of people.
