I am thinking about buying a greyhound. Can greyhound racing be a profitable venture?

I guess if you can get your hands on a proven successful dog, you might find it 'profitable'. However, I think there will be better outlets for any surplus cash you have??

Why not go to the local track, and talk to the owner/handlers? Just don't do what too many people do - find the dog isn't all you hope for, and dump it....Show more

i think perhaps the horse racing section isnt the right place for dog racing. most of the folks here most likely wouldnt know. maybe there is a way to re classify your question so you can get a good answer?...Show more
