Xbox Gold Payment?

I was trying to buy a gold membership on Xbox live to play COD and when I went on there is said 59.99 for a year but I don't want to pay that much, is there a way where I can pay less for maybe like 3 or 6 months? Please help. If so, can you tell me how to do it? I'm logged in to my Xbox 360 and have Internet connected but I still need help

You should have 3 choices when you go to pay: $60 for a year, $25 for 3 months or $10 for one month. You can also buy 12 and 3 month cards in stores, and you can often find the 12 month cards on sale for $40-50.
