When I call her by her name and not aunt. Like it's weird calling her aunt in front of her, so she got mad at me cause she's like "you're gonna call me by that" meaning her name. Me and my siblings are not used to calling her aunt, I really don't know why. And I feel like I should just stop going to her house if she's going to get mad if I call her by her name. What should I do about this?

Some people like to be called by their relationship name instead of their given names. As a sign of personal and family respect. I still call my aunt, both " Aunt Jill," or just "Jill " in my emails or in conversations. But when I talk to my mom, I use" Aunt Jill" not just her name "Jill".
Why always you younger people always tearing apart things? Do you also call your Grandparents by their first names also? You sound like a disrespectful little turd to me.
