Green tea question?
So yes green tea helps lose weight. I started drinking it today and I drank a mug full and then a mason jar full. It's so tasty and it seriously already makes me feel cleaner inside and less bloated. I'm 13 and weigh 116lbs. I n ow it doesn't seem like much but I'm short and have a medium sized butt and Acup boobs so there's no weight in those areas. It's all in my belly. I have 3 fat rolls and I hate it. I try working out and I'm in tons of sports all year round. I look skinny until you see me in a bathing suit because I'm pudgy at the stomach. Please don't tell me this is puberty weight, because I put it on right after j quit gymnastics, around 8-9. It's not horrible but I'm unhappy with my small boobs and big stomach. So with the green tea thing, can I drink it cold? Can I put some sugar in it? Will I lose the boobs I barely have? Do I have to workout on the side of I have basketball practice everyday and walk a lot? Should I continue counting calories and drinking a lot of water or can I do half tea and half water?
