Green tea question?
So yes green tea helps lose weight. I started drinking it today and I drank a mug full and then a mason jar full. It's so tasty and it seriously already makes me feel cleaner inside and less bloated. I'm 13 and weigh 116lbs. I n ow it doesn't seem like much but I'm short and have a medium sized butt and Acup boobs so there's no weight in those areas. It's all in my belly. I have 3 fat rolls and I hate it. I try working out and I'm in tons of sports all year round. I look skinny until you see me in a bathing suit because I'm pudgy at the stomach. Please don't tell me this is puberty weight, because I put it on right after j quit gymnastics, around 8-9. It's not horrible but I'm unhappy with my small boobs and big stomach. So with the green tea thing, can I drink it cold? Can I put some sugar in it? Will I lose the boobs I barely have? Do I have to workout on the side of I have basketball practice everyday and walk a lot? Should I continue counting calories and drinking a lot of water or can I do half tea and half water?

No it doesn't make you lose any weight. You are very misinformed. All it does is DEHYDRATE you with all the caffeine so you might temporarily look lighter on the scale but thats not fat loss, just temporary water loss.
If you want to lose weight you have to change your eating habits permanently to healthy ones. There are no shortcuts. No teas. No pills. No supplements, fads, fasts, juices. Just permanently healthy diet with moderate amounts of exercise.
Sure being a kid you won't believe that because you've already decided that you know everything but you clearly don't.
Also the more sugar you put n your disgusting overrated tea, the fatter that you'll get. Sugar makes you fat. How would any ever help you lose weight?
Calorie counting is foolish. Calories are not equal. Its the type that you eat . Not how many , unless of course you eat a miserable unnatural fat producing diet that low fat and high carb and filled with grains and sugar.

I completely understand how you feel!
Yes you can drink it cold, I personally like it cold better and you can also put sugar in it but amke sure its those low calorie sugar brands like splenda.
I wear a B cup and have not seen a change in my breasts since I have started drinking the tea (im in a sport as well so you dont have to worry about loosing your breasts) & ive never been in basket ball so I dont know what your work out it but for swimming (the sport im in) we usually run a mile after swimming as dryland. So you could try running. Really works out your butt and tones your stomach muscles. & I myself was thinking about counting calories, I personally think you should just tobmake sure you dont over or under eat throughout the day. Make sure youre eating healthy as well! And I wouldnt suggest doing the half tea half water thing because it might contradict the whole purpose of you drinking the tea but you can drink how ever mich water you want seperatley.
